About Me

Hi, my name is Yu Miao, and I’m currently a scientist at the Jackson Laboratory.

My major is Environmental Science, which requires me to learn a wide range of knowledge to investigate specific environmental questions. This means I’m a dabble in many science topics. I also enjoy cooking, photography, programming, solving puzzles, and reading, though I’m not particularly good at any of them. In a way, I’m a dabble in life itself.

I’m also quite lazy, so I’ve modified Yihui’s pages to include this blog. I just got the parts I could figure out the meanings of, and I really appreciate it, Yihui. I’m always eager to learn something new, and this blog will focus on interesting aspects of my life.

Since English isn’t my first language, you may have to bear with my writing.
